Frequently asked questions
What does Immaculate Concierge do?
We're a concierge service for your life. We understand the demands of "doing it all" and built an entire brand around a solution: you do what only you can do, and we'll handle the rest. That includes vendor coordination, maintenance oversight, project management, household inventory, seasonal transitions, property checks, errands, personal shopping, organizing, scheduling, and creating your custom household manual.
Where in Northern Michigan do you provide household concierge services?
We serve Traverse City, Suttons Bay, Leelanau County, Northport, Torch Lake, Beulah, and the surrounding Northern Michigan region.
In addition to our local territories, we offer satellite support to all contracted clients.
How do you ensure trust and security in my home?
Absolutely. Trust and security are at the heart of what we do. Every client signs a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), and all team members pass thorough background checks. We carry comprehensive insurance, including general liability, workers' compensation, professional liability, and cyber liability. Since 2017, we've built our reputation on discretion, reliability, and excellence. For more details, feel free to email us at info@immaculatecollective.com.
How do you handle emergencies when I'm away?
We provide 24/7 emergency coverage for all our clients. Whether it's a broken pipe, a security concern, or an urgent repair, we're just a call away. While our standard hours are 7 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Friday, our emergency policies ensure you're covered around the clock if you're a contracted client.
Is Immaculate Concierge accepting new clients?
Yes, we are! After a complimentary consultation, we'll assess if we're the right fit for your needs, discuss your household's specific requirements, and typically begin services within a month.
How will you communicate with me?
However you want! Some clients prefer secure email, others want text updates, some like a quick weekly call. We match your communication style and frequency.
What's the difference between a concierge service and a property manager?
Property managers serve rental property owners and focus on tenant relationships, rent collection, and investment property maintenance. We serve homeowners who need comprehensive household operations for the homes they live in, use, and love. Different needs, different solutions. Both valuable, just for different situations.
Do you work with seasonal homeowners or second homes?
Absolutely. Many of our clients use their Northern Michigan properties seasonally or split time between multiple homes. We handle property checks while you're away, coordinate arrival prep (home stocked, everything running), manage off-season maintenance, and ensure your Torch Lake cottage or Leelanau home is secure and ready whenever you are.
What's a household manual and why would I need one?
Your household manual documents how your property operates: who to call for what, how systems work, maintenance schedules, care instructions for your specific appliances and materials, emergency protocols, product preferences. It's your home's instruction book. If something breaks or needs attention, you (or we, or anyone helping) know exactly what to do.
How long have you been supporting Traverse City families?
Since 2017. We've built our reputation on reliability, discretion, and doing what we say we'll do.
How is Immaculate Concierge different from a cleaning service?
Cleaning services focus on surfaces and housekeeping. We coordinate comprehensive household operations; including coordinating your cleaning and ensuring it meets your standards, but also managing vendors, overseeing maintenance, handling seasonal transitions, property checks, household inventory, and creating documentation. We're here to handle the full scope of household logistics.
