Every client signs an NDA. Every team member undergoes background checks. We carry commercial general liability insurance, workers comp, professional liability, and cyber liability. We've been supporting Northern Michigan families since 2017, and our business is built on trust, discretion, and reliability.

We have 24/7 emergency coverage for all clients. Broken pipes, security issues, or an urgent repair, we're available. Please do note, our typical hours are 7a-3p Monday-Friday, but emergency policies remain active for all contracted clients.
Yes! After your complimentary consultation, we'll determine if we're a good fit, discuss your household's specific needs, and, we can typically start within a month.
However you want! Some clients prefer secure email, others want text updates, some like a quick weekly call. We match your communication style and frequency.

Absolutely. Many of our clients use their Northern Michigan properties seasonally or split time between multiple homes. We handle property checks while you're away, coordinate arrival prep (home stocked, everything running), manage off-season maintenance, and ensure your Torch Lake cottage or Leelanau home is secure and ready whenever you are.
